Ingredients:
-Saffron - 1grams
-Milk - 1.4litters
-Sugar - 300g
-Flour - 3.5kg( 14 cups)
-Instant Yeast(handbaking)- 45g
-Salt - 2teaspoon
-Butter - 300g
-Cream Cheese (Original philadelphia) - 250g
-Eggs - 4( for glazing)
Here are the tree parts of this.
Part1:
A) Add Saffron in warm milk, and sprinkle the yeast in the warm milk and leave for at least 15minutes
B) Melt the butter and add the cream cheese in a saucepan or a bowl
C) Add flour, sugar, salt in a bowl, and mix in the warm milk with saffron and the melted butter and cream cheese
D) Neat it in a mixer or hands into a dough
E) Cover dough and leave in a warm area for about 45-60mins to rise
Part2:
A) Mold them to S shapes or any fun shape as you prefer ( into about 44 pieces)
B) Cover and leave to rise for another 45minutes
Part3:
Glazing
A) Beat eggs and glaze the doughs (watch our part3 ig live video)
B) Pre-heat over to 380/190degrees for 10minutes ( grill function
C) put in middle of oven for 12minutes.
