As a proud Canadian brand, Simply Go Natural has always been committed to supporting local businesses, which is why we source our ingredients 100% locally and nationally. For example, our sunflower oil, coconut oil, olive oil, and avocado oil come from local suppliers in Halifax. Our beeswax is sourced from a local bee farmer at the Halifax Brewery Market.
For essential oils and other ingredients that aren’t available locally, we source them from trusted suppliers in Ontario.
Our packaging is supplied by a local packaging company in Dartmouth, and our labels are designed and printed right here in Halifax.
So, you can rest assured that we are passionate about supporting and using Canadian-sourced products.
Supporting Local Employment
As a growing small business, we strive to keep costs low while staying competitive. However, we prioritize hiring locally. We employ cooperative education students from local universities, including Saint Mary’s University and Dalhousie University, to support our operations—from product development to social media, digital marketing, and website management.
Our goal is to help young professionals gain valuable work experience and develop the skills needed in today’s workforce. We don’t just employ students—we mentor and guide them every step of the way, ensuring they are well-equipped for their future careers.
