Last Saturday, we witnessed the power of collaboration and inspiration at the Dalhousie University School of Business conference. The event, focused on empowering women entrepreneurs, was held at the Halifax Convention Centre in celebration of International Women's History Month. A lineup of accomplished women speakers, including our own team, took the stage to empower and recharge the youth and aspiring women entrepreneurs in attendance.
In another recent event, Halifax Stanfield International Airport provided a platform for local businesses, like ours, to showcase their work. The unique experience of engaging with airport officials and travelers in the departure hall we know so well was both refreshing and gratifying. We are grateful for the opportunity to be part of this initiative, designed to support Black-owned businesses.
